"We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday. Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom. Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious. The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool . The only thing that was annoying was our room door banged when someone opened the doors to the corridor that we were in which was quite a lot so I never got a lot of sleep . And the parking was really expensive £27 a night , I thought if you stayed at the hotel it would be free . Does not put me off though as our stay was wonderful and I’m looking forward to staying again as we visit Bournemouth a lot . "Fantastic room. Beautiful view. Exceptionally clean room. Delicious Nespresso coffee maker (sadly not enough pods, but reception kindly responded). Excellent bathroom. Super cosy bed, wished we had same at home!! Lovely member of staff, Thelma (think thats her name?) So welcoming, friendly and delightful! Our very 1st visit to HH, won't be the last!! Thank you for a magical stay!"
