"The flat is well located near beach and sea. There is plenty of parking around the block if you come by car. The market is 10 minutes walk for shopping. A well appointed flat for two people."

"The apartment was not very clean. The towels were old and the sheets were not enough for the number of people. They were responsive however and supplied more sheets when we asked. The place ran out of hot water quickly."

"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"J’ai réservé cet appartement en août du 13 au 17 août. Peu de temps avant notre séjour, le 6 août, le propriétaire m’a contacté pour m’informer qu’il ne pouvait pas m’accueillir, prétextant que son logement avait été saccagé, nécessitait des travaux et qu’au vu de la période les travaux ne seront pas fait avant notre arrivée. J’ai eu peine pour lui et j’ai eu de la compréhension. Il n’a pas annulé en m’assurant qu’il m’aiderait à trouver un hébergement ou dans le cas contraire me rembourserait...

"This is a great house for a large-ish group of travellers. My husband and I went with our 5 year old and my parents. We had enough beds for all of us and a great little area to relax."

"Nice cozy place . Just too hot inside the apartment and no shower door. Water would spill out the standing shower. Need to fix toilet water keepa running on its own. Also during my stay prople working next door and drilling the walls supwe early you could hear the drilling and would wake us up. Otherwise nice cozy place to stay Alot of small markets surrounding the area. "

"Lovely apartment with everything I needed and more - all amenities listed were there along with additional nice touches like coffee (2 different coffee machines!), hair dryer, etc. The host reached out right after I booked to welcome me and give me access instructions. She was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work something (100% me just being slow) and then very patient. Will stay here next time I am in Setubal. Coffee and restaurants within 2 minute walk yet quiet...

"This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!"
