"We were contacted a few days before travelling to advise this apartment was unavailable due to a bed bugs infestation and we were offered an alternative elsewhere in the very centre of Lisbon. The alternative was one excellent standard though and very centrally located for seeing the sites etc . Overall the company we dealt with were very good, just difficult to get hold of at check in time but all smooth before then. I will book again ."
