"Fabulous hotel, close to the airport. It is so quiet and the pool is lovely. The rooms are spacious and have all these modern touches like automatic lighting, blinds, and towel warmers. It was our favourite hotel during our stay in Portugal. Not the most central, but easy to travel from and that is the reason it was so quiet and relaxing. "

"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"It was fine but I did pay for a premium apartment only to be informed after I arrived there that it hadn’t been cleaned so it wasn’t ready and I was moved to another one. Which was great but didn’t had a balcony. Sadly no compensation was for different of prices was offered. Also I wasn’t able to check in immediately and they didn’t reply when I asked for a late check out. I wish they had done everything way more smoothly. The apartment itself was actually great and I would recommend. "

"The apartment was not very clean. The towels were old and the sheets were not enough for the number of people. They were responsive however and supplied more sheets when we asked. The place ran out of hot water quickly."
