"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"Lovely apartment with everything I needed and more - all amenities listed were there along with additional nice touches like coffee (2 different coffee machines!), hair dryer, etc. The host reached out right after I booked to welcome me and give me access instructions. She was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work something (100% me just being slow) and then very patient. Will stay here next time I am in Setubal. Coffee and restaurants within 2 minute walk yet quiet...
