Very clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is so good, with many fresh baked pastries and breakfast pizza. There is also a brewery right next door, so that is a bonus! Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Alfred University or Alfred State. It's a beautiful old house, tastefully redone; the owner and Brenda, the person making breakfast and cleaning up are friendly and interesting individuals.

My friend and family went up for a weekend to do a self guided wine tour. My best friend and I share a birthday and we were celebrating! We booked at this hotel not knowing anything about it. Right from the start the owner was incredibly nice and welcoming she found out we were celebrating our birthday. The rooms were personal cute and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that they use Dove brand products for their toiletries! The pool was a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast was just right. The people at the front desk (both night shift and morning shift) were pleasant, kind, and helpful. The one weird thing was that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk, but that wasn't a big deal.

Cozy motel that is doing everything right. Super clean and in good repair. Every staff member I came across smiled and said hello.

Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great!
