"The indoor pool was closed and according to staff, it had been closed for more than a year due to a broken heating unit. Parking lot was in need of repair, there were several large potholes at the entrance to the parking lot"

"Timber Haven is one of the nicest places we have stayed through VRBO. It is perfectly clean with everything in excellent condition. The kitchen has anything you could need and then some. The host even left snacks for us, and fresh flowers. A heated bathroom floor was a new experience for us, and we loved it. A binder with useful information about the house and the area was very well organized and much appreciated. The location is beautiful and private. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Hotel was clean in common areas. Room was somewhat clean. Shampoo bottle In bathroom was empty when we arrived and cleaning staff never replaced it during daily visits. TV was broken for half of the stay. Maintenance was not available to fix the TV because it was memorial day and the day before was Sunday so we went two days without TV. We were never offered a partial refund or an apology or another room with a working TV Staff in front desk was friendly but could only do so much with zero maintenance people in entire hotel."
