"Beautiful hotel with nice decor and Murano glass fixtures all over the lobby and room. Staff available 24 hours in the lobby and helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight. On a nice, quiet side street but close to get to the main sites and water taxis. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and plenty of seating, cappuccinos were just ok. Pool table and bar in the lobby were great to have. Room was nice and unique with our bed in a loft area and the kids beds down the stairs. Only bummer was that the little pool in the courtyard was not heated. "

"Breakfast was as promised and reasonable. The facility was clean. Didn't like the fact that we had to pick a time when to eat. No elevator at this facility but they do have a stair lift if you have a wheelchair. If you have a stroller with a sleeping child, you will have to carry them up. Our room was on the front, and our window was on the walkway so we could hear noises of those walking by on the street until late at night. Overall, very convenient location. Certainly, Venice is not handicap friendly."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed. There was no elevator, but the host helped us bring our luggage up to our rooms, which was very kind. The property itself is well kept and beautiful inside. It was very clean and everything worked well inside the room. There was lots of storage. The breakfast was excellent and included hot food. The location is quiet but just steps away from restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the vaporetto station 5 minutes away. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our trip to Europe and this one was our favourite. Highly recommend!"
