Can’t say enough about this great little find. It is truly a boutique hotel less then 10 rooms but very gracious size compared to most of Europes hotels we are a family of 3. The staff and management triveso are excellent. Perfectly located on the canal but actually tucked in a corner so limits noise for the most part. Everything at. Your door step and you can take the water bus just a 2 min walk. The special room treats made it extra nice.

Our Host which I’m going to call T since I don’t remember how to spell his name was so helpful and kind. He gave us directions on our map on how to get around and noted many places to go see. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit hard to find it in the middle of a restaurant, but it’s perfectly placed.

We absolutely loved this hotel - Had the double room on the canal and it was one of the most romantic and whimsical and lovely rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The photos simply dont do it justice - you are staying in a 16th century palace right on the canal and you feel it. Everything is tastefully decorated and put together, the AC works really well, its highly well equipped, and the lad behind the desk was so kind and gave us amazing recommendations all through the city. Plus, the location is absolutely ideal. We will definitely be staying here again, as soon as possible.

This is a great place to stay. It's pretty central and close to the Rialto Bridge. They gave great recommendations on where to do and what to do. You get to control the room temperature and the bathroom was super clean as well. Would highly highly recommend staying here! :-)

This was our second time staying here and at this rate, might be the only place I ever wish to stay when visiting Venice. I cannot say enough great things about the proprietor of this property. He is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. He is also extremely knowledgeable and passionate regarding the art and history Italy has to offer (not just Venice). Seek out the opportunity to speak with him, you will not be disappointed. We just got home but are already looking forward to returning to Venice and staying here again in the future.

This was a great little spot, accessible to the ferry back to the airport and the street it's on is not too crowded. We had the option of self check in, which was very convenient (and appreciated after our adventures). The room itself as ADORABLE, beautifully decorated, and super clean/quiet/comfortable. Highly recommend! Don't forget a small amount of cash for the tourism tax for venice :)
