Situated in a private residence at 28/30 Boulevard Vallombrosa, this top-floor loft (last floor, no higher neighbors!) boasts a fantastic location just minutes from Cannes’ historic quarter, the beaches, and vibrant local markets. With supermarkets within a 2-minute walk and the beach only 5 minutes away, everything you need is right at your doorstep.
The loft is located on the 3rd and last floor of the building, under the roof. It includes a MASSIVE open-plan living space perfect for entertaining, dining, or relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a bar, large wooden dining table, and modern appliances for a home-cooked meal. There is a small cozy outdoor space for fresh air and relaxation, and a garage. It can also accommodate your furry companion who wants to enjoy Cannes and the French Riviera as you do.
The loft is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also incorporated a work-friendly inside with a dedicated desk, printer, and comfortable chair to ensure a productive stay.

The 107m2 apartment can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: *** One big living room/kitchen/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen with a bar, a big wooden table, two big convertible sofas/beds (one corner & one regular) with 140x190cm mattresses for extra guests, a big 55" television with cable, Netflix and very-high speed 500Mbps Internet/Wifi. *** Three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a 160x200cm queen-size bed and a private bathroom, two bedrooms each with a 140x190cm full-size bed. *** Two bathrooms: one private bathroom in the master bedroom, one independent bathroom with a toilet. *** Two toilets: one toilet in the independent bathroom, one additional independent toilet near the apartment entrance. *** A small terrace. *** If you intend to use the garage, please note the dimensions are 2.25m (wide) x 6.0m (long) x 1.9m (height).
Please note that the shower in the independent bathroom has a low ceiling (~160cm height) so adults will need to sit in the bathtub to use it.

The loft is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
Once you are in front of the residence gate, you will go through the residence courtyard. The garage is on the left-hand side and can accommodate one car. The apartment is on the third and last floor of the building on the right-hand side, which you can enter through its secured entrance.

A nice apartment with good access to the waterfront.
A very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom configuration was a little odd, but we made it work with 3 non-related adults. Thanks for a nice visit.
Superbe appartement, equipement presque complet (manque petites cuilleres et torchons).
Communication avec le proprietaire un peu lente, compte tenu du decalage horaire (proprietaire a l'etranger).
Abords de la propriete peu agreables (cours, escalier). Garage etroit et peu pratique d'acces. Fuites d'eau dans le garage (voiture salie).
Site calme et bonne literie.
Super loft, propre et équiper pour un top séjour tout conforts !!

Bel appartement moderne
Nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais avons apprécié ce bel appartement, très agréable, convivial avec tout ce qu'il faut. Appartement très propre et très bien placé dans Cannes. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et très professionnels et vous envoient un super livret d'accueil (tout est bien précisé...). Très bonne adresse.

Problems getting in the outer gate was locked and we couldn’t get in
The property is lovely and nicely furnished with a well Appointed kitchen . There are not enough towels and the ones that are there are worn and rough . There are no beach or large towels either nor any beach equipment like an umbrella or chair etc .We were disappointed with the size of the terrace as it was quite small and didn’t warrant use and when we arrived it was gated and locked and we were unable to open it . The tv did not work either and the Apple TV was disconnected . The location is pretty good only a little outside of town and easily within walking distance to old town . Parking is impossible we never saw an open spot and the court yard within the property is quite small so if there are multiple cars you simply won’t fit.

Amazing apartment, top floor, lots of space.
Great top floor apartment near the old town in Cannes and only a short distance to the beach. Lots of space to watch TV, dine together, cook or just chill on the couch with a book. The owner's are very responsive. The apartment has a large TV screen with Apple TV and cable channels, high-speed internet and even a printer (which helps with all the French paperwork!). We highly recommend this apartment and would stay again when next in Cannes.

Excelente departamento !!!
Fabien es realmente un maravilloso anfitrion. El departamento es muy completo, comodo y acogedor, tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Esta Impecable!!! Edificio antiguo pero el departamento esta totamente refacionado a nuevo. Solo un detalle a tener en cuenta, si llevan auto en el garage entra un auto pequeño ya que hay poco espacio para maniobrar. Si el auto es grande hay estacionamiento pago a dos cuadras

Très bel appartement situé à seulement 10 minutes à pieds du port de Cannes, avec tout le confort nécessaire et même plus!!! La propreté de l'appartement est impeccable, lits faits dès notre arrivée, linge de toilette qui sent bon!!! Café offert ainsi que plein d'autres petites choses!!! Bref appartement juste parfait avec des propriétaires respectueux de notre intimité!!! Appartement vivement conseillé pour passer un très bon séjour sur Cannes!

The best apartment in Cannes!!! Thank you!!!
We had an amazing time in this apartment. It's exactly as described and would be hard to find better value for money in Cannes. First it's perfectly located very close to Le Suquet (gorgeous old city with incredible views from the hill - a must do!), only 7 minutes from the beach and the Croisette and Le Palais des Festival (Cannes convention center). There are great local restaurants nearby. You must go to Le Marche Forville (Outdoor food market and antique market) to get a sense of what Cannes really is. Not just red carpet and strass! The apartment is clean, modern and superbly equipped, so we totally enjoyed our stay. The organisation and communication with Stephanie, Alexis and Fabien was quick and easy. They provided us with the most amazing Welcome Guide we have ever received, which was very useful to help us during our trip. Thumbs up, five star, that's how it should be. These guys know what they are doing. We will come back! Thanks again for everything.
