The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). The living room opens onto an equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. There is one shower room and a separate toilet, with no bathtub.



Individual reversible air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and bedroom. Orange fibre internet / Wi-Fi is 2 Gbit. A 43-inch Smart TV (approximately 108 cm) has an Orange TV decoder. Netflix is not provided. An integrated washer-dryer is available.



Enjoy a small private terrace, which is not fenced, and a sea view from the apartment. Guests can also use the shared residence garden and tennis court. Free parking for up to two cars is available within the residence; spaces are unassigned.



Self check-in is available using a classic key lockbox.



Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. A cot, highchair and baby bath are available on site. The cot mattress and baby bed linen are available on request before arrival.

Journey times are approximate and depend on traffic.
