Cette location se trouve dans le quartier de la Pointe de la Croisette à Cannes à environ 500 m de la mer et tout près de la plage, du Palais des festivals, du port et attraits du centre-ville.
La Résidence dispose d'un jardin arboré, en particulier de figuiers orangers etc. fleuri , avec des bancs de détente et d'une superficie de plus de 4500 m2
L'appartement a été refait à neuf tout récemment. Il dispose de cuisine et salle de bain équipées:
