THE APARTMENT
The floor plan features the following:
- A large living/dining room with high ceilings.
- An open-floor kitchen, well-equipped and with a high counter for convivial aperitifs or dinners.
- A first bedroom offering two single beds, a dressing room and a private bathroom with toilets, as well as access to a terrace communicating with the second bedroom.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room and a private shower room as well, and access to the terrace.
- The third bedroom is located on a duplex and includes a single bed and an office/study space with desk.
- Separate toilets complete the floor plan around the bedrooms.

HOW TO GET TO THE PROPERTY
The apartment is within 12 minutes on foot from Cannes train station. It is on the 5th (top) floor, reachable via direct and private access.
A dedicated private parking space underground is included in the rental.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Departures must be before 11 am and arrivals after 4 pm (we may allow later check-outs or earlier check-in depending on availability, please do not hesitate to contact us).
An extra charge of 35 Euros is required for arrivals after 8 pm. Arrivals after midnight can be made via a key lock-box located at our office at 85 Avenue Maréchal Juin in Cannes.
WHAT'S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A grocery store is located next to the building.
Some walking distance times:
- Boulevard Carnot: 7 minutes away
- Rue d’Antibes: 10 minutes
- Cannes train station: 12 minutes
- Palais des Festivals: 19 minutes
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There is a bus stop at the foot of the building.
GOOD TO KNOW
Metered street parking is available in front of the building, and a public parking is 1 minute away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
