"Stayed at this lovely casita with spouse and 2 dogs. Casita has been totally renovated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay (loved that there 2 full bathrooms). The large yard was totally enclosed, with a covered porch, and had stunning views of the mountains. Our host, and her parents who lived next door, were available to answer any questions and give info about the area. The casita is located not far from Abiquiu Lake and halfway between Ghost Ranch and the town of Abiquiu. Do be aware that the casita and the town of Canones are 7 miles from the main highway (Highway 84). It is a scenic drive to the casita but there are no stores/restaurants once you leave the town of Abiquiu so bring provisions (a stop at Bode's General Store is a must!). Looking forward to another stay at the casita in the future! "

"Tommy welcomed us to this very new hotel and couldn’t have been more gracious in making us feel welcome. Everything is pristine and new. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we had at a chain hotel. Lost one star in comfort category because air condition in room is loud and interfered with sleep. "

"We had a great time. This is close to town, trails, restaurants, the new urban trail and only 45 minutes to Santa Fe. We enjoy being able to use the heat pump, a new experience for us, so quiet. This is our second stay here and we look forward to more modernization with solar panels, maybe. Thank you for a wonderful time. "
