"We were pleasantly surprised as the cabin was even better than described on VRBO. The bed was so comfortable and we had a large walk-in closet The kitchen was the most stocked of any place we have ever stayed. We took our 2 fur babies. The back yard was fenced in and our larger dog enjoyed it. The fireplace was perfect. Overall it was a great value and we would definitely stay again. The owner should be very proud of this cabin."

"We went a family trip with our puppy, the cabin is so charming, we loved the decorations. The cabin is very clean and well equipped and the host was really nice. We had an amazing time in the game room, and outdoor seating around the firepit making smores. We will definitely come back."

The extra thought that went into what they provided and how they even decorated for Christmas made it even better! The hosts responded immediately any time we had a question. The cabin is located perfectly to explore the town of Lake Lure and even surrounding towns! My family and I are already planning our next trip back! "

"The cabin was able to sleep many people but was still cozy. The kitchen was excellent for cooking with everything needed. Our family loved spending Christmas all together and this gave the family time that was needed. Although, the river trail was a bit misleading as it was farther than expected than the pictures showed and there was no firewood stocked for our stay and it took a couple days to get the propane hooked up. "
