"We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air."

"Overall the stay was great. The rooms and views are really good. Some positive criticism would be to have the office open earlier on the weekends for guests to get coffee and for there to be a heads up about the hot water not fully functioning first thing in the morning. Would stay again."

"This property was just as advertised. It was very clean and cozy. The front porch was a dream! Sitting right there either enjoying coffee or mimosas your have a beautiful view of Chimney Rock. Main Street shopping is just a short walk down the hill and we had wonderful food at Chimney Rock Smokehouse, the Lake House in Lake Lure and Binion's Steakhouse was a 30 minute drive into Hendersonville. Of course we sampled the wonderful fudge and ice cream options right on Main Street. We had two bear sightings, one right outside the living room window and one on the road to the house near the Smokehouse. Our host was quick to respond to any messages I sent and check-in was a breeze. This was a wonderful getaway and I will be adding it to my list of properties that I would love to stay at again (that list is a short one just so you know)! I highly recommend this property, whether you want a girls weekend, a couples retreat or a little family getaway! Oct 15-18, 2026"
