This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. Spectaculary renovated property with a completely unique, fabulous style. Every comfort considered, breakfasts that were beyond, and pastry chef treats with your evening tea. Katrina and Brenda are warm, gracious hosts who make you feel like welcome friends. We are so happy we were able to enjoy their outstanding hospitality and excellent tips for what to do in the area. A total delight!

A truly magical setting with service to match. We’ve stayed in many New Zealand hotels, and this was the first where the staff seemed truly focused on exceeding guests’ expectations. And boy, did they! We had room service dinner, and each—absolutely delicious—course was delivered exactly when we were ready for it, and at the perfect temperature.
