"Despite being charged, we never received any contact from the host despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We kept trying right up till the day we were due to arrive and eventually had to contact Stayz direct who also couldn't get hold of them. We received a refund from Stayz but never any contact from host. My family had to scramble to book accommodation on Easter Saturday and turn up late to my nephew's 21st birthday. It was disgraceful. Don't bother to try to book this place. APPALLING...
