"There were a couple of problems with the house that the host needs to fix although they didn't affect our stay, firstly when the shower on the first floor is used the water overflows down the outside at the front of the house because the it feeds into an open down pipe which is obviously blocked. This is already starting to damage the wall and create damp on the inside. "We were in Canterbury for a university graduation. Location was perfect for walkability of town restaurant and trains and busses as we were traveling without a car. Beds were very comfortable and linen clean. Nice little garden out back. "
