"What I didn’t like was complimentary breakfast has to be booked while booking or else you get stuck paying almost 40 Swiss franks per person. Shuttle service is free to and from airport there is a sign up too, yet I was charged $18 on my card after departure for shuttle service. I have already disputed those charges with my credit card. Please watch for such details or you will end up scrambling for breakfast in the morning or pay an unreasonable amount."

"The hotel is in a great location and very clean. Staff were very helpful in arranging a late check out ( when our flight home was delayed by more than five hours) at a cost of 70CHF. We got a free upgrade on check in which was lovely. Our room was very compact but with a comfy queen size bed. The shower is glass to the bedroom area ( with privacy curtains if wanted) and accessed via a very small toilet area with the wash hand basin located outside the toilet area in the main room walkway. The shower leaked into the toilet area ( under the door) when used and we had to mop this up with hand towels which was a nuisance . I didn’t really like the set up fir the toilet/ sink / shower snd would have preferred a more traditional bathroom layout ."

"We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. The pool is lovely (but geared towards swimmers, rather than relaxing). Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We selected because of A/C, which was necessary the week we were there. A/C units are not strong enough to cool down the rooms given the extreme heat."
