"Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist ganz schön. Auf einem Berg etwas weiter oben. Mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Bern. Trotzdem sehr abgelegen und nur mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin. Das WLAN ist nicht so gut vom Empfang her, aber daran soll wohl schon gearbeitet werden. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Für die modernere Generation ist es nichts.Die Vermieter sind nett und es hat alles gut geklappt."

"The host Monika Mai was sooo incredibly nice! We arrived later than expected at 1:00 AM and had gotten lost. Monika Mai came and found us and led us to the house. She was so kind and welcoming. At the end of our stay she even helped us out and printed our flight confirmations for us! Excellent hostess who went above and beyond! The house is clean with an updated bathroom. It has beautiful views and is a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!"

"Tolle Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock eines grossen, altern Bauernhauses. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber praktisch eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Da wir viele Leute waren, konnten wir den grossen Gartentisch sehr gut gebrauchen."

"Our stay was great. Hosts were lively and lovely. They showed us around personality. Were handy with great local tips. It was in a rural setting with lovely sarrounding. Plenty of activities around. Major centres like Interlaken Grindelwald, Lucerne within an hour's reach. Equipped kitchen, without microwave though, only one bathroom/ toilet if that matters. Else was nice stay and loved it. Will recommend and will book again in future"

"Gimmelwald is like a fairytale and Husmättli is a wonderful house to stay in. The view of the mountains and waterfalls are really a sight to see. Gino, the host, is very nice as well. If you have the chance to stay here, please do. You will be happy you did."
