By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "I spent a week in Biel and was so happy with the apartment! It was filled with light and very clean. It was in a great location with easy walking to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The host was on spot with communication; always quick to answer my questions. I felt safe and secure in the apartment building too. It was a very good decision to rent it for my week in Biel."
