"Voici un gîte que je recommande. Très pratique, dans une commune avec des commerces et une gare. Les alentours sont magnifiques sans être touchés par le sur-tourisme. Je me suis régalé sur mon vélo ! J'ai été très bien reçu. Le gîte est situé dans un coin très tranquille, au bord d'une route en impasse et très peu fréquentée."

"The house is half way up a mountain with a spectacular view. I liked to spend time sitting on the balcony outside my bedroom looking down into the valley. The view includes the Lauerzersee and Zugersee lakes with the towns, villages, roads and railways around them. Surrounding this are green hills and mountains all around (in October). "Can't say enough good things about this property and hosts. The apartment is on the ground level and the owner lives upstairs and is very welcoming and accessible for any and all questions. The house was spacious and was stocked better than any house we have ever rented. The house is off the lake a bit but still has a nice view. We speak english and the owner is mostly german, but one of her english speaking daughters was always there to interpret. Highly recommend!"
