"There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty."

"The owners left a nice gift and note that I received upon my arrival. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed."

"This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island....

"Large condo directly on the beach. Convenient to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, dining and shopping. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked, with plenty of supplies and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"10 out of 10! Unit was very clean, well stocked with the basics which is very nice as we have rented other units that don’t even have salt and pepper. This unit had all the spices and coffee starters etc. Communication was speedy and clear. The view was just perfect. High enough to not see all the dolphins and stingrays but yet still close enough to see the surf! Definitely recommend this unit."

"Great location! 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean! We were even supplied with dish machine and laundry soap for the first two nights and paper towels and toilet paper. Great view of the ocean despite not being on the beach. Perfect getaway for two! Would definitely do it again!"

"I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay with a family. The description and pictures are 100% accurate. We had 2 boys (14 ans 10). The bunk beds and separate bathroom was a plus. The half balf was also beneficial. Portofino is definitely a family oriented place. The extreme package was well worth the money and paid for itself 3x over. It was very cold our week and had We only had the beach it would have been very long. The fact that we had the inside pool, and activities on the sound side that were...

"I stayed here with my two kiddos and we absolutely loved it. The bungalow was super cute and comfortable, the kids loved playing in the water and jumping from the pier. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and we had everything we needed. Groceries, public beach, state park, shopping, all just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again in the future."
