"Detached stucco studio was the perfect size for two plus 3 indoor cats. Window AC stayed on top of the heat; extended front deck offered plenty of room to spread out, grill and enjoy the evenings. "We were in town for a beach wedding with friends. We were basically only there to sleep and get ready in the mornings. With that being said, two really important things (to us) were missing. There is only a 4-cup coffee maker, which means only one full cup of coffee at a time. Also, there is no full-length mirror anywhere. Due to the price, these things would not be deal breakers for me.
