"I booked this hotel for the excellent price value and it had many amenities that I require, like a low pet charge rate and free breakfast. Then I read some of the reviews and started to question my choice. But once I'd checked in, I was so glad I'd chosen the Baymont! They not only had decently sized rooms, but they were exceptionally clean, including the sheets! I didn't see a single bug anywhere! The shower was super hot, which I love, and they didn't require me to give them my old dirty towel when requesting a new one, which I appreciate because I travel with a family of 4, so when we all shower and there's only 2 towels provided, it gets difficult, especially if we stay for an extended time. I don't want to use a new towel per guest every time we shower, so that was nice. They also had a big square table in the room with 2 chairs making it possible for 2 of us to sit together. And when I asked for extra pillows, they had some! Breakfast wasn't vast, but they had cold cereal with milk, hot waffles with syrup and coffee, so not a lot of options, but it was enough. My only criticisms: online it says rollaway beds are available free but was told on site they have none, and if it was colder, I'd definitely want more blankets as there was only a thick sheet atop another sheet instead of a comforter. And I was excited about the hot tub, but the pool was still seasonally closed. Awesome staff! So nice, friendly, polite and helpful! An overall excellent experience! I'll be back!"
