"Location is great just across the road to the old town. We had stayed there 3 years ago and returned. Check in at reception is very Slow . And the water in our room was cold for 2 days when I let reception know someone did come and fix it."

Trams and trains were easily accessible and you could walk around most the city area. The only small niggle was that the staff were super friendly but not everything came off. the breakfast service was a bit patchy. lots of people around but not well organised."
