"After being shown to the apartment from the main entrance door I recommend you use the side door to leave and enter as it’s much more convenient. Communication very poor. The messages on the messaging service went unanswered, the WhatsApp number didn’t recognise my mobile so just passed me onto an email address. Email also went unanswered. All I wanted was the wifi password which was allegedly on the online ‘guest area’. There was little to no information on there. "

Elisabetta was always prompt to address and questions. The cleanliness could have some improvement. The downstairs shower walls needed cleaning. We used the spray on a spot and it came clear and clean. My wife was prepared to clean things after use but not to clean them before use. We also had to wash the dishes and...

"We had only a short, 2 night stay in Palermo, but Francisco’s property suited us perfectly. It’s a great central location, and though on 2 busy streets—noisy during the day—it quiets down at night. The apartment is lovely & spacious, with painted ceilings & tile floors. Also, another rarity in Sicily: an elevator! Our host, Francisco, met us at the apartment to orient us, and was friendly and available. Highly recommended!"
