"Appartamento bellissimo e pulito, arredato con gusto e cura dei dettagli. Il letto e il divano sono comodi, le finestre hanno tende oscuranti e la cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare in casa. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata. Parcheggio disponibile vicino casa. Il padrone di casa è eccezionalmente cordiale, lasciandoci dell'acqua e dolcetti locali, che è stato un gesto premuroso e apprezzato. Consigliatissimo. "We were greeted by Fabio who ensured a smooth check in process and a small tour of the apartment. The pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge and has everything you need. The location is also very convenient depending on where you are travelling to. "

"This property is huge, beautiful, and centrally located. However, there are a few issues that bring it down: 1. It’s incredibly noisy at night with all the outdoor bars on the street below. They actually provided ear plugs and the double paned windows hardly make a dent in the noise. I wish this has been disclosed prior to booking because it doesn’t quite down until after 2:30. Thankfully, I travel with a mini sound machine which helped a little. The property would be wise to have one in each...

"The property is recently remodeled and in a perfect location. The roof has comfy furniture and a phenomenal view of the sea. Near enough to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, 2 beaches, and walking paths. The hosts always responded promptly and cared a great deal. We felt safe. Parking, city recycling/garbage schedule, and walking path to the laundromat are all easy learning curves to overcome. Would happily stay here again. Thank you for hosting my family."

"Comfortable stay. Only one recommendation to clean out the espresso machine. The water tank was very dirty we were jot able to drink from it. Cleaning lady came knocking/rushing us out at 10 am eventhough check out is at 11 am. The property manager was really responsive and kind. He reached out to her and were able to check out without rush. Everything else was very clean and comfortable."

"Loved the location just off the Lolli train stop. Also very cute bars and restaurants and grocery store nearby. Was the perfect spot for my 2 day stay in Palermo. Appreciate that the place was clean and updated. "
