Can Bellet Sueños Ibicencos
Beautiful Ibizan style house, located in Canyamel, captivates by its characteristic architecture, its colors and its fantastic and large garden area. The house has a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, fireplace and satellite television. Outside you will find furnished terraces, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a wonderful pool area with sun loungers. Here you can relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind. It is ideal to enjoy with family or friends. The closest beach is Cala Rotja, located just 500 meters from the property. The beaches of Canyamel are also very close, less than 2 km from the house. Distance to Canyamel golf 6.2 kms. Palma airport is approximately 1 hour by car (77 kms). Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1.
