Very complete hotel, you can come there and have absolutely everything you need for unwinding and relaxing. Rooms are great, spa is amazing, food is delicious, cleaning happens twice a day - we will definitely come back. Hotel is also baby friendly and we enjoyed with our 8 month old.

The hotel is far away from any beaches but the rooms are huge like having apartment and completely new. The food wasn't spectacular. Its inconvenient to get from your room to anywhere because of how expansive the hotel is. This was by far the newest and most luxurious hotel we stayed at over our 2 week visit to Spain. The rooms are awesome but the location of the hotel is very far from anything. The service is good but they don't really go the extra mile for 5 star experience.

Great hotel, it's away from the crowds, but very nice setting, it's more like an modernized, historic spanish village. You do need to rent a car to get to the local towns, but a great spot if you're looking to get away from the crowds, rooms and overall grounds are some of the best of any property you'll find.

The hotel is beautiful & clean and the staff is amazing. The place could use some color though. The grounds are very green but not many flowers around the property. Could also use real flowers on tables, reception and in the rooms. The only negative is the silly sculpture that welcomes you at the enterance

The first hotel we visited upon arriving in Mallorca was truly stunning—large and beautiful beyond expectation. However, the check-in time was not properly honored, and no compensation or measure was offered in response. That part was disappointing and made our family quite upset. Still, the beauty and comfort of the hotel quickly helped us move past those feelings. We hope the hotel management recognizes that there are a few areas that need improvement in order to leave visitors with the best possible experience
