Outside, you will find a private pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The property is next to a main road, so some traffic noise may be audible. Supermarkets and shops are in Capdepera’s centre, just a 10-minute drive (5 km). The nearest beach, Cala Moll, is also 10 minutes by car (7 km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about an hour’s drive (75 km).
