Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides a baby crib and high chair upon request.

The highlight of the villa is the spacious, private outdoor area with its pool landscape, covered and open terraces and sun loungers. Here, relaxing hours sunbathing or swimming in the pool are guaranteed. You can prepare delicious meals on the stone oven with grill and enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and Mediterranean vegetation at sunset. Separated only by the road from Artà to Cala Ratjada, the villa is located directly opposite the golf course of Capdepera. Due to the good location you can reach a supermarket after only 2 minutes walk (140 m). Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached within a 3-8 minute walk. Excursions to the nearby towns such as Artà, or Capdepera, with the old castle are worthwhile. In addition, an extended stroll through the popular vacation stronghold Cala Ratjada offers itself. There you will find good restaurants, a small fishing port, numerous stores and boutiques.
