"We were the first renters after winterizing the home so there were a few issues that required us to contact the management company. They were very responsive and after a short period of time, sent over a repair guy. The outdoor shower was constantly running (wasting water) and we could not turn it off. The water lines were mislabeled in the laundry room . The unit has a tankless water heater that's mounted in the laundry room in the far corner. There's a note on the water heater stating only one shower at a time. This unit has multiple showers but because this note was not visible and there was not a information booklet anywhere, you have no idea two people cannot take a shower at the same time. This tankless water heater is definitely NOT adequate to accommodate all the water needs for a home that sleeps 9. Note, there's not a blow dryer in the home so pack one. Also note, none of the bedrooms have TV's...the only TV in the home is in the main living area. We too felt the staircase going to the upper level was not safe for a dog and we carried our moderate sized dog up and down the stairs. Ants in the master bathroom - the small sugar ants so be aware. We had already called the property manager about the water issues and were leaving so did not report that issue. The lake is beautiful but during our visit, the amount of bugs was astronomical. You could not even stand by the water without getting swarms of them. Only swimming avail at the lake - no toys. "

"No staff at location, apparently the email you a door code but I didn’t get one. Bathroom was pretty gross, the place was just tired and kinda dirty. It’s off-season, but the management clearly doesn’t care very much about the place."

"The host was amazing and very responsive. He checked in to see if everyone was happy, of course we were! We got married this weekend and booked this property for all of our family from out of town. This property is beautiful! We couldn’t be happier and will definitely book again when our family comes to town. Best wedding weekend ever! "

"The location was fantastic! That being said, the property itself was very disappointing. Toilet wasn't cleaned, appliances dusty, couches were filled with debris in between cushions.Listing stated 3 queen beds but there were only two. We were 6 people and there were 5 thin bath towels available. Was supposed to have 4-6 beach- only 2 available. Had to purchase even the bare basics like dish detergent, hand soap, paper towels. Some Electrical outlets were not covered. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet airliner. Just not a very clean or well-maintained home, which was very disappointing. "

"We loved the place! The lake was beautiful all of the kayaks and paddle board was so much fun! The only issues we had was there was no propane for the grills, we cooked indoors. And we coukd not get the coffee maker to work the durratof our trip which "

"Very roomy--plenty of room for all eleven of us. Living room big enough for our nightly Scattergories games. Loved the deck! Handy location for everything we wanted to do. We all had a great time!"
