"When we got to the property the back door was wide open. There were empty beer cans and bottles left in a box in the garden. We were only left 2 towels but the cleaner brought 2 more. The house wasn't very clean. There were two plug sockets that were hanging off the wall. One of the beds were broken, the cupboard where the boiler was was broken at the hinges. The garden was bare nowhere to sit. Some of the blinds were broken. Aslo there isn't much space to store food. The washing machine doesn't...

"We are currently awaiting a response from the rental manager, but we were disappointed by the property when we arrived and only stayed one night (because we arrived late in the day). Property is not as described. Location was away from City Centre, property was superficially clean, but in bad repair. Not stylish, not in an incredible location. Apartment was in a loud area, close to light industry, and had not been aired out.We were offered another property, but didnt want to risk another...

"Great location , off street parking a plus. Clean bedding and towels . Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine ! Some decoration , furniture showing signs of wear and tear. . Pizza cutter and a bin in the bathroom would be good. Great for a short stay and communication from host fab ."

"Everything was just right. We enjoy walking, so our days at Chester were superb. The small house was ideal for, had everything we could want and very comfortable too. Easy to leave the car and access everything on foot. Certainly recommend this, thank you"
