"Stayed here during my first solo trip, and it was a cozy, welcoming place. I did run into one issue; the sheets didn’t appear fresh. Normally, I don’t like to reach out or ask for anything, but I’m really glad I did in this case. The staff resolved it quickly and kindly. Jeremy was especially helpful, super friendly and thoughtful, and brought fresh bedding right away. If you ever have a concern, don’t hesitate to contact the front desk. "The hotel and front desk employees were excellent. The surrounding area was not safe, we arrived late at night and we found the area to not be the safest. When we were in the hotel and during the day we did feel safe. We enjoyed the shuttle to the port, that was reasonably priced. "
