"At the last minute our plans changed and only my daughter and granddaughter were able to stay for the first 2 nights. It was wonderful! We had our first of what will be many 'girls summer trips'. The 2 cottages were very comfortable, the location amazing, and the hosts made check in very easy! The parking was a bit of a challenge, but not a deal breaker. Loved that we could easily walk to the beach or down the lovely path along the river! We loved having dinner on the Esplanade and the shopping in the area was great! We would highly recommend this adorable cottages and have recommended the cottages to our friends and family!"

"The cottage was located perfectly for us, positioned near the esplanade shops, Capitola beaches and river walk. Our host provided clear instructions for check-in before we needed them and was responsive throughout our stay. The color scheme and décor felt very beachy, lending to a get-away vibe. BBQ, well-equipped kitchen and full size fridge made meals easy and comfortable. Great to be able to have our dog with us. We’ll return for sure."

"Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for where it is"

"We have rented Capitola #8 for 30 years. We have an annual family reunion where we rent 4 or 5 places. #8 is always the headquarters because of the location. Our hosts are super easy to work with and the cabin itself exceeds our needs. We will continue to enjoy the cabin and Capitola in Venetian for many years to come."
