"We loved the location of this property. Steps to the ocean, shops and restaurants in Capitola. Leonard met us upon arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our family of 10 was very comfortable. This is the best place to stay if you want to park once and enjoy all Capitola has to offer. I would highly recommend this for families and large groups. Beautiful ocean views from the first floor and balcony."

"We have rented Capitola #8 for 30 years. We have an annual family reunion where we rent 4 or 5 places. #8 is always the headquarters because of the location. Our hosts are super easy to work with and the cabin itself exceeds our needs. We will continue to enjoy the cabin and Capitola in Venetian for many years to come."
