"I think overall this hotel is fabulous. The food and drinks were delicious. Room was wonderful with gorgeous views. Our room was beautiful and small suggestions would be put in snacks people actually want to eat. Everything looked unappealing. Sugar loaded. As prediabetic I can’t eat anything they had for us. Also not everyone likes raisins so, offer things other than sugar bombs and things with raisins/cranberries! Offer better snacks! :)"

"Windows on the Waves was the perfect Santa Cruz getaway for us! The ocean and beach views are beautiful everywhere you turn, but my favorite part was snuggling into the deck couches and soaking it all in — morning, afternoon and evening. Coffee on the deck, BBQs out back, the waves, and all the comings and goings along East Cliff made it such a fun place to simply watch the world go by.We loved that it felt quiet and peaceful, yet right in the middle of everything. As mountain bikers, we had access to some of the most beautiful rides in the Santa Cruz area, including trails around UCSC, while still being close to the beach and great restaurants in Capitola. We truly felt like we had it all!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and garage with us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again! "

"Our family had a fantastic time at this property while visiting Santa Cruz. The backyard was so cute and peaceful. The house was clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable, but were a bit small. All of the appliances worked well, the wifi was strong and reliable. The host was quick to respond when we contacted them for questions. All around a great experience!"

"This property more than met our needs and expectations. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a bonus, with the coast just a couple blocks south to enjoy morning/evening walks. Excellent price for the location, size and amenities. I will definitely be back."

"Location and view are terrific.But for the price we paid (and we understand the view is where the price is) we believe the carpeting in the upstairs master should be replaced, the mattresses need replacement and the Mr. Coffee machine should be replaced. All in all we had a good family time, but if you want a top price then the home needs to reflect that."

"This cute little house actually has 2 separate bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The yard is spectacular. Lots of pretty areas to sit and enjoy the setting. Our host was charming and very available for questions. Overall an excellent experience. Our two giant breed dogs enjoyed themselves too,"
