"Exactly what we needed. Something close to the water, kid friendly and trust worthy space. Communication with hosts was great and the house had enough basics in the kitchen laundry room and pantry to avoid needing to bring a lot of extras. Laundry facility was great. The backyard and amenities is the main attraction. Awesome gathering space and cool that they even offer beach chairs and bikes. I highly recommend this rental."

"This property more than met our needs and expectations. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a bonus, with the coast just a couple blocks south to enjoy morning/evening walks. Excellent price for the location, size and amenities. I will definitely be back."

"We enjoyed our time there but there were a couple things that were a big disappointment. There is absolutely no beach access, regardless of the pictures, day or night from the deck. This was a big one for me. To be fair it does share in the description that beach access depends on the sand and sea. I was hopeful though! According to the next-door neighbor they have not seen sand there in a very long time. I feel that the exterior pictures should actually reflect what is there. Another disappointment was the noise from the construction next door. My son went to google earth online and saw that the lot next to the house was in the process of construction. I emailed and asked if there was construction going on and they shared that the house was built and the construction was all interior. Ok, no problem. Three of the four days we were there was filled with the construction crew tamping down gravel preparing for their outside area facing the ocean. Our trip was August 8-12, 2026, so if you are going anytime soon, you will have construction. The ocean views are phenomenal and the house met out needs."

"Another great stay at Marty's Awesome View! The house had all we needed, bedding was comfortable, plenty of serving and cookware. Just like we enjoyed last year! It really is a perfect location, walkable to Pleasure Point and 26 Beach. Marty is a dream to work with, and the house is really comfortable for our party of 5. We look forward to coming back next year!Pro tip: Try the brand new 26 Market just a few blocks away!"
