"The Hyatt was beautiful and clean and the staff were helpful. It was my mistake to not have checked the location of our second floor suite. Unfortunately our room was above the kitchen, and facing the street where the valet parking took place well into the evening. Lots of music from cars and the noise of car doors shutting. The staff did supply ear plugs so I slept fine after that. Loved the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely guests and amenities. Breakfast was 5 star. Very nice and would stay again"

"The house was absolutely beautiful! Lots of space for my family of 4. Really enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, though one small suggestion would be replacing some of the scratched non stick pots with stainless. The queen bed was very comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Would return in a heartbeat."

"I had a great time staying here (for the third time!) One of my favorite places to stay in Santa Cruz, The house is very close to the beach and its a quick drive to Capitola. The hosts are always very responsive as well."
