"This property needs a lot of work! It was not prepared for renters. Things need to be repaired and fixed before we'd rent it again for 600/night! There was a damp, moldy smell as we entered the home, and a lingering "sewer smell" coming from the sinks' drains. The upstairs rugs are old, worn, and stained. The hot tub cover's lifting mechanism is broken and dangerous. Warning - the stairs inside are made of cement - be careful! It is not private at all - adjoined to the neighbors on one side and a much used dead-end street on the other, the back yard has a public walkway between your yard and the cliffs. Some windows don't open, the recliner and luggage rack were broken, and the locks didn't work half the time! The way the once beautiful home was cut in half, takes away a lot of the view. We only gave it 2 stars for the (only) view of the white water from the small balcony on the second floor."

"The house was not a 4BR for up to 10 people. It was 2 apartments, 1 2 BR and the upstairs being a 1 BR with a converted closet and bunk bed shoved in, no door, window or closet. The table in the downstairs apartment only seated six and the main living area only accommodated 6 comfortably. We had to pull in deck chairs so all could sit and we only had 8. The property description and details should be verified. The only accurate aspect was the location which was right on the water."
