"Die Villa ist wie auf der Website und durch die Bildern beschrieben. Die Stadtgebieten ist sehr freundlich und war während unseres Aufenthalts stets super erreichbar. Der Zustand ist gepflegt, wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar zwei Geschirrspüler. Der Gemeinschaftsraum (Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer) ist ein eigenes Gebäude, sodass man Schlafende nicht weckt. Der Raum ist sehr hell. Lediglich die Betten ist weich und quitschen sehr. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!"

"Great property with lots to offer! Of course its an old house, and there is lots of bugs in Tuscany so when you book it know this, its such a great space!! The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed the view and the owner and his helper were extremely responsive and helped us very quickly with any questions."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Agriturismo Cuprena. All the staff were welcoming, kind, thoughtful and professional from the moment we arrived. It was a beautiful place to stay, our room was excellent, and the service fabulous. The 'farm stay' exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who made it so special."

"Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months"

"There is sometimes a fine line between rustic and dilapidated, but this property is definitely the latter. It is tired and dated, there is exposed wiring, the cot was broken, the fridge leaks water, the bathrooms are frankly grim and the aircon barely copes at maintaining 22 deg C. The house was the family home of the man who lives in a small part of the house. He can enter your part of the house whenever he wishes, and does so frequently and unannounced. It was his home, and feels like he has been relegated to the granny annexe but still misses his house. It could be a great property. It wouldn’t need much in the way of investment.The pool is lovely and large. It is an above ground pool (note the careful photography on the site that does not make this obvious). It is shallow, but apart from that provided lots of entertainment.The location is great and Arezzo is a lovely town and you are within an hour of Sienna, Florence and a bit further to many other famous destinations."

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."

"Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr entspannt. Das Haus ist abgeschieden in völliger Ruhe. Was für eine große Personenzahl absolut toll ist. Vom Haus direkt los gibt es tolle Wanderungen und schöne Aussichten. Alles was man benötigt ist im Haus und auch im Garten vorhanden. Der Garten ist KOMPLETT eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde den ganzen Tag rumstreunern konnten, wie sie wollten. Wir waren eine Woche im der Villa Poggliolino und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln ist absolut die Auffahrt. Für teure Autos nicht zu empfehlen und auch nicht für Jeden zu bewältigen. Bei der Ankunft hat es starkt geregnet, da war es für manche von uns nicht möglich die Auffahrt zu passieren. Unter der Woche hatten wir dann beim auffahren noch einen Platten."

"Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "
