This is a lovely hidden gem in Tuscany. The outdoor view is refreshing and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful; the property was one of our favorite places we stayed. Very comfortable accommodations with a nice kitchen and dining area. Did a day trip to Florence which was about half an hour drive. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly happy.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. We stayed one night due to an early flight. We were able to park the rental car on-site for free. We returned the car to the airport rental lot at 5:30 am.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.

Great clean room. Just what we needed for an overnight prior to flight home from Venice. Staff was great and helpful. Made taxi arrangement for morning and gave suggestion for restaurant for early dinner prior to 7pm openings for most restaurants.

Very accessible to everything

A fan of this hotel since my first visit in 2000. Only steps from the train station and walking distance to Everything! Rooftop sitting areas are enchanting with the best views! Highly recommend.

Great hotel

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart.
