The area is safe with lots of foot traffic all day, but is not at all noisy. "I cannot fault anything. Enjoyed my stay. We were in the spacious family room with a double bed, separate lounge area, kitchenette and a nice spacious bathroom. Host was very lovely and explained everything well. Location is great as it’s about 5 minutes walk from Santa novella Firenze station and also in good walking distances to restaurants and shops. Duomo is about 20 minutes walk away, uffizi gallery 15 minutes by bus and lots of other tourist places in close distance by walking or bus....

"We loved our stay in Residenza D’Epoca Pazzo Galletti. The staff were extremely welcoming and walked us to our room and showed us how to use the key, lights and hot water (we have travelled to a few places in Italy during this holiday and no one else provided this attention for us). The rooms are beautiful and bed were very comfy. The location is great, it’s close to restaurants bars and walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was also a lovely addition. 10/10 stay 😊"
