"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. Our room was amazing, exactly what we needed and always maintained. Overall, our stay was fantastic and if we find ourselves back in Italy, IQ is at the top of our list. Special shoutout to Hamed, Delia, and Elisa for all your help throughout our stay. Thank you so much!"

"Quarto limpo, atendimento da recepção impecável. Hospedei na suíte que possuía sauna no quarto que foi um diferencial que valeu muito a pena. A localização é estratégica, muito próximo as principais atividades turísticas da cidade e do trem. "

"Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well."

"The hotel staff, service and amenities are too notch. The breakfast is amazing as well. The location is also really convenient to attractions. The room itself was very dark, which, we are dining is the case with European hotels. Each time we came back to our room it had a terrible foul smell, like sewer. Once we opened the windows and the air conditioner / fan was running it was fine, but we had to do this every day for the 6 nights we we stayed - in hindsight we should have “complained” but each day we thought maybe it won’t be like this today. The same smell was in the streets where they were doing construction. Aside from this the hotel is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend. All the services and staff are so wonderful and attentive. "
