Limited transportation and the taxis were extremely expensive they will charge 165 euros one way for 30 minute drive. If you plan to go to Tuscany you need a car btw most cars are manual I don’t know how to drive it so I was stuck in the hotel for few days. To use public transportation you need to walk 39 minutes and is a lil dangerous because they don’t have side walk in the 15minutes from your trip.

I chose that hotel mostly because of the good reviews of other travelers. It was a great satisfaction to find that everything written is true. Don't expect anything fancy. Rosary Garden is very nice, small, cozy hotel. The rooms and beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the cappuccino they served is one of the best I have ever tasted. I was travelling by car and they offered me free parking place in a parking near the hotel, although it wasn't part...

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Hotel amenities and decor very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit

Great place to stay if you have a car. Just close enough to the city center to walk but far enough away that you dont have to worry about limited traffic zones and expensive parking fees. Hotel charges €13 to park and its safe on their property. The walk to Ponte Vecchio is 20 minutes downhill. And to come back you can take the #12 Bus which drops you right in front of hotel. You can even buy the bus ticket at the hotel for €1.20. Very comfortable room and very clean. Breakfast is typical but...

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks while exploring Florence and Tuscany. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions, and just around the corner from the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre, Venice, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimignano. Numerous excellent restaurants, supermarket, and laundromat are close by on Via Faenza and Via Nazionale. The mercato is just a few blocks. Staff was helpful in...

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed and relaxed. Location is perfect, excellent breakfast and a staff that is simply wonderful in all aspects. Restaurants recommended by the concierge were excellent even though they did not appear on the internet’s restaurant’s list.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is in great condition. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very nice as well....there is a wide range of options, all displayed beautifully. The best part about the hotel might be the location. It is in the heart of town, just steps from the Duomo but also seems off the beaten path and remains very quiet.

Belmond properties are always top notch and the Villa San Michele is no exception. Great service, views, and quality of facilities in a gorgeous venue above Florence.

Great hotel, ample, comfortable and cozy rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Safe area, within walking distance from everything (restaurants, bars, museums, shopping, churches, etc)
