An absolute gem of a hotel. About 20-30 minutes on the bus from the centre. Oh and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the front door. Every member of staff was just lovely - nothing was too much trouble. My only negative is the steep staircase to get from the front door to the reception. Hard work with a heavy suitcase.

Out of the hubub, super cute!

This was a lovely hotel in a real residential neighborhood but with easy bus access to all attractions. The gelato place downstairs is amazing (be sure to admire the cabinets of finished cakes!), and the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were amazing and very non-touristy.

Amazing place

The hotel and the room were really beautiful and had a cosy atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and amazing throughout my stay. It is easy to get to the city center, it’s well connected with a bus very nearby.

It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Definitely looking forward to come back on my next vacation to Florence

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was helpful with helping navigate the public transit and booking transportation. It is close to a few bus stops that will get you to the historic center quickly. The staff was kind and welcoming. We had the Expedia VIP upgrade for our room and it was amazing. The breakfast had several options and was delicious. Would come back!

Loved the Rosary Garden Hotel! It’s a quaint, charming hotel right outside of Florence. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Antonio. Breakfast was delicious!! It was a direct, short bus ride in to Florence City center. Only downside was the TV didn’t work right and we couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are all brilliant. All very helpful with maps and bus information. Our room was fantastic and unique with a lovely high timbered ceiling. The breakfast room is on the small side so you need to book a time. It works well though. The hotel is a bit difficult to find by car so would benefit from having a map and arrival instructions. Car park is 2 minutes walk.

Andrea (receptionist) is the best!!!. This hotel is gorgeous and cozy, easy to walk around and take the bus to go the the main touristic spots, nice restaurants and big supermarket around to the hotel . Andrea was super helful and patiently answered all the questions i had regarding the place and our stay, he even provided us with bus tickets(they sell them at the hotel) and gave us information needed to move around and enjoy our quick visit to Firenze . Our room was gorgeous, big bed and beautiful Renaissance decorated (we got an upgrade for being gold member ) cozy and comfortable. But without a doubt what makes this hotel unique (besides the decor)is the staff, what an excellent customer service.

The place is itself and the rooms are quite lovely. It is a bit further from the center which I liked as you get more of a neighborhood feel and not a place full of tourists. The staff were all for the most part quite helpful and friendly. Even bringing me a tea service up to the 2nd floor. My problem was with the cleanliness of my room. I found long dark hairs all over my bathroom. I mean ALL over and in the shower and on the bidet. There were also a pair of socks in a corner by the couch and then half eaten candy and a wrapper on the floor next to the window. I could see all the dust that was gathered along the floorboards by the window. I was really only there for two nights and travel with my own Lysol wipes so I cleaned off the shower and bidet myself and used the towels to move all the hair over to a corner. The room was still being cleaned when I arrived and I wished theyd have just taken their time and cleaned it properly. As lovely as the rooms are I will NOT stay at that place again.

Super cute little place. No elevators and plenty of stairs. As a family of 4 we did not like that 2 beds were sofa beds and extremely uncomfortable. We had to request another mattress be put on top. The breakfast room is very tiny. About 3 tables and you need to book a time to eat and very unlikely you get the time you want. Our room had "2" bathrooms, but not really. 1 bathroom had a toilet and shower, the other had a sink and a shower. Very odd. I would only recommend if there were only 2 of us going.
