"Here is my honest feedback regarding our recent two-night stay at your property. While I believe the hotel has significant potential, our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to the current condition of the facilities.
During our stay, we found the guest rooms to be poorly lit and the furnishings outdated. Specific issues included old carpets, visible stains on the ceiling, uncomfortable bedding, and aging bathroom fixtures. Overall, the accommodations did not meet a satisfactory standard. I also didn't appreciate an old school heavy room key.
Furthermore, the couple traveling with us experienced a malfunctioning thermostat that left their room uncomfortably cold. Despite multiple requests for assistance at the front desk, the matter was not resolved until the second night, requiring them to sleep in bathrobes to remain warm. Additionally, we found the quality of the breakfast buffet to be mediocre and below our expectations.
