Beautiful rooms. Helpful staff. Nice grounds and restaurant. Situated in suburban neighborhood with other options for dinner. 12 minutes by taxi from airport. Had to walk short distance from the parking to reception with heavy suitcases though, my only complaint. Otherwise, overall a 10. Would stay here again.

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous.
The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Everything about the Plaza Lucchesi is beyond excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In particular the bar staff (Lorenzo, Marko and Leonardo). Enriquo, the food and beverage manager is great and Sylvia and Roman at the concierge desk are knowledge and very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else in Florence.
