"We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the IQ Hotel Firenze. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and helpful with all our needs. When we first checked into our room, the air conditioning was not working adequately. They kindly supplied us with a fan and said they’d have a technician look at it in the morning. When he couldn’t get it to work better, Mirko was so gracious to move us to an upgraded room, and even supplied beverages while we waited for our new room to be cleaned. Thank you Mirko! The rooms were very clean, and the complimentary breakfast had so many great options. Elisa gave us restaurant recommendations which were fantastic. We had family staying at a 5 star hotel in Florence and when we left their hotel after a brief visit, we said we liked our hotel even better! We would definitely stay again at this lovely hotel and appreciate that it’s a little removed from the busy streets of Florence."
