With breathtaking Gulf views, a private pool, and standout outdoor living spaces, this home offers the perfect balance of modern comfort and laid-back Old Florida charm.

Spend your days swimming, shelling, and exploring the island, then unwind poolside or head up to the Crow’s Nest rooftop to watch unforgettable sunsets and stargaze under open skies. Located within walking distance to the beach, Island Club amenities, and the Nature Preserve, Shell Yeah! places you right where you want to be for a seamless island escape.

This is an Admiral Home professionally managed by The Island Club, giving you access to our full on-island team to help coordinate ferry arrival, grocery delivery, activity planning, and personalized recommendations to make your stay effortless and memorable.

ACCESS

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including the screened pool area, outdoor lounge, rooftop Crow’s Nest, decks, porches, and all interior living spaces.

Guests also enjoy access to Island Club amenities, including two pools, hot tub, arcade room, luxury poolside bathrooms and showers, half-court outdoor basketball, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, fat tire beach bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.

We respect your privacy while remaining readily available whenever needed. Guests may contact The Island Club team before or during their stay.

As this is an Admiral Home, our on-island staff is available to assist with ferry coordination, grocery delivery, luggage assistance, activity planning, and recommendations to ensure a smooth, relaxing experience from arrival to departure.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW

Shell Yeah! is located on North Captiva Island, a secluded, car-free barrier island known for its pristine beaches, natural beauty, and Old Florida atmosphere.

The island is ideal for guests seeking a slower pace, outdoor adventure, and meaningful time in nature. Popular activities include shelling, fishing, bird watching, kayaking, and beach walks. With limited development and no cars, North Captiva offers a peaceful escape unlike anywhere else.

TRANSIT

North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat, or small private plane. There are no cars on the island, and golf carts are the primary mode of transportation.

This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rentals are available through The Island Club and can be arranged in advance. Bicycles are also commonly used for getting around the island.

The nearest commercial airport is located in Fort Myers. Guests should plan ahead for groceries and supplies, as on-island shopping options are limited.

Issues with the north captiva island club

The house was great, exactly as described. The property management company on the other hand was terrible. We had issues with the golf cart not working, it would not break and would stop accelerating. Very dangerous. North Captiva island club, wanted us to spend extra money to upgrade. I found this to be ridiculous. We had a few other issues and they wouldn’t return our calls. We’ve been to the island before, stayed on a non North Captiva island club property and had a wonderful experience. Next trip back, I know to rent from a private owner or another club.
