"For the price that is listed, it is a complete dump. We paid good money for this accommodation and upon arrival we were very disappointed. It wasn’t cleaned properly, it was not a nice or safe neighborhood or area, many things within the property were broken, the shower leaked, the mattress was broken and uneven, it was never mentioned that it was 3.5 stories with no lift. We ended up checking out after the first night as we didn’t feel safe and we were not satisfied with what we were paying...

"We returned for a third time to stay in this lovely apartment, this time for three weeks. It feels like a home from home for us and we absolutely love it. There is a very welcoming local community, everyone is very friendly and the location is so convenient for getting out and about in Nice. We will definitely return again, highly recommended!"

"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."
